Led an 18 month project centred on driving financial resilience

through behavioural analytics, inspiring customers to be better with their money and achieving their personal bests, today, tomorrow and in the future.

This project helped banks and insurers improve their customer financial health, build engagement and create new revenue. 

 

My solution uses Behavioural Analytics and leading edge fintech capabilities to transform how a bank understands, interacts with and serves its customers.

Hypothesis

I speculated that in order to achieve renewed purpose, banks must gain their customers’ trust by supporting their current needs and future aspirations. 

// Build Trust

Building on trust over a customers lifetime will be a key differentiator in the future. Those who have a clear strategic commitment towards tangible support and financial literacy will results in "win win" results for our clients and their customers.  

Understanding the Problem

To understand how my clients might better understand where their customers are struggling with their finances & design products and services I under went multiple research programs including: 

  • Multiple longitudinal studies conducted in the UK, US and Ireland

  • Quantitative Surveys 

  • Secondary Research
